Measuring the ROI of Social Media

The topic of measuring the success of social media marketing activity can produce quite a wide variety of responses.

Some say it’s impossible… others say “who cares. Social media is too new to have established metrics”. Others refuse to participate in social media because they don’t think there’s any way to measure its success.

This presentation has been up on Slideshare for 2 months, but I just saw it the other day. Its entertaining, and very informative. Thank you to @ToughLoveForX for sharing it with me.
