Content and Camaraderie

One of my favorite companies in the Print and Marketing industries is Great Reach Communications.

If you do not what they do, their tag-line says is perfectly: “Marketing Solutions for Offset & Digital Print Providers”.

They provide marketing materials and services to help print service providers grow their business.  The content is used by printers in their self-promotional marketing efforts. This may include postcards, newsletters, emails, flyers, and more.

Does it work? Check out their Testimonials page if you get the chance. It is impressive.

More than just Content

I’ve seen Great Reach Communications at a number of trade shows. Most recently, we saw each other at Dscoop.

When you see them at those events, one thing is greatly obvious: their customers love them.

The love, though, goes beyond just for the product and services that Great Reach Communications provides.

It’s clear to see that Great Reach develops a great camaraderie with their customers… They make the time and effort to develop relationships with each of the printers that does business with them. It’s obvious that they care for each other as friends & associates, not just as vendor/consumer.

Get the Love

If you are responsible for promoting your company’s product or service, it’s certainly very important to ensure that you customers are enjoying what you provide. However, it’s just as important to make sure that your customers love YOU.
